Terms and Conditions of Allergy Label Sales.
The Label Lady has created a range of labels to aid the awareness of allergies. These labels ARE NOT A MEDICAL TOOL, and should not be used as medical advice.
The buyer accepts that these labels are for their own personal use, they are not for resale, as such the buyer accepts full responsibility for any errors contained on the label.
The Label must be checked at the time of arrival to the buyer and any mistakes reported within 24hours of receipt of the label, to [email protected]
The Label Lady holds no responsibility for the information on the label.
The Label Lady holds no responsibility for any incorrect information on the label.
Any incorrect labels should be discarded and NOT applied to anything. New labels will be provided at the cost of The Label Lady if there is an error. The Buyer/user is responsible for checking the labels and their content and holds full responsibility for the labels content.
Allergy Tags will come with Ribbon and a cable tie, to tie the tag to the item of your choice. The Label Lady is not responsible if the tag comes off the item attached to. It is the users responsibility to maintain the security of the tag.
Adrenaline Auto-Injector. (AAI) is the umbrella term for the brands such as Epipen and Jext.
