Cups are screw top, please do not try to pull the lids off. Cups maintain temperature of your drink, they do not make your drink colder. Any items that are damaged after receipt are not eligible for exchange. If your item arrives damaged please contact us ASAP with photos, do not throw items away unless we advise you to.
