Please ensure you remove the straw cleaner from the straw before use.
If you have any issues please keep all parts and labels and contact us via email. Do not throw any parts away.
Application
Do not throw the labels away if you have trouble with the application. Please email or DM us and we’ll be happy to help.
Labels
Do not submerge the label for long periods. Clean with a soft sponge to avoid damage to labels. Do not pick at the edges of labels.
Carrying Your Cup
Do not hold or carry cups by the spouts or lid, carry them by their handle. Cups are suitable for both hot and cold. Fizzy liquids are not advised.
Cleaning
Cups with labels cannot be put in the dishwasher. If your cup is unlabelled it can go on the top rack of the dishwasher.
All cups include a straw cleaner, please ensure this is removed before use.
Cleaning
The cup and spout should be regularly cleaned thoroughly with hot water, soap and the straw cleaner. Allow to dry fully before use.
Care
The cup should be handled with care at all times. Please do not drop or knock them as this may cause dents to the cup or breakage of the lid or straw.
