Application
Do not throw the labels away if you have trouble with the application. Please email or DM us and we’ll be happy to help.
Labels
Do not submerge the label for long periods. Clean with a soft sponge to avoid damage to labels. Do not pick at the edges of labels.
Hot & Cold Safety
Do not hold or carry cups by the straw or lid. The double walled cups can hold both hot and cold drinks. If you have the old single walled cup please only use cold drinks.
Not For Children
Do not give glass cups to children, the use by children is not recommended.
Cleaning
To care for your labels please ensure your cups are hand washed in warm water only. The cups and straws are not dishwasher safe.
Care
The glass is fragile and should be handled with care at all times. Please ensure the glass and straw are not damaged before each use.
